A new Crescent Heights residence, Ten Thousand Santa Monica, built at the gateway to Century City and Beverly Hills, needed to promote five star hotel living for lease to luxury clientele. SK+G defined a strategy and brand platform to communicate a product new to the West Coast. From the establishment of the visual identity to the website concept, SK+G created a compelling narrative for a unique and singular product in Santa Monica.
