The assignmentFirst and foremost, Mountainside needed an identity that set them apart from other home developments rapidly springing up in the area; a rallying cry that would define their brand’s uniquely contemporary spirit. Once that was decided upon, they would need advertising, an engaging website, collateral material to entice buyers and eventually, even interior design for their multiple sales centers on the mountain.

Where the client requested conceptual ideas to set their sales centers apart, we answered with a full-on interior makeover, including original furniture design, from seating to copper light fixtures inspired by maps’ topographical lines. The pièce de résistance was the interactive mountain piece at the center of the room: using lasers from an overhead light source, buyers would be able to pinpoint exactly on the mountain where their future home sat.”
