In 1999, at a time when leisure pursuits comprised one of the fastest growing sectors in the U.S. economy, John founded SK+G with this specialty in mind. Prior to opening SK+G, John served as VP of Marketing for Mirage Resorts for 15 years under the leadership of resort and gaming visionary Stephen Wynn. During his time there, John was responsible for all advertising and marketing communications for The Mirage, Treasure Island, Golden Nugget, Bellagio and Beau Rivage resorts.
John has also worked for numerous other hospitality companies including Princess Hotels and Park Place Entertainment. He is the winner of several prestigious awards including a Clio for creative excellence and Effie for marketing effectiveness.
